  • Import and customs duties
    The buyer is responsible for import and customs duties.
  • How long does delivery take?
    The orders are sent exclusively via Swiss Post. After receipt of the order, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • What payment options are there?
    We offer the following payment options: Credit/Debit Card PayPal Apple Pay
  • How can I track my order?
    As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, which you can then track.
  • Can I return or exchange products?
    If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your product or opt for an exchange. Please send an email with your request in advance to: contact@gogghi.ch Exchanged goods must be returned with all labels, tags and original packaging. (Exchange only possible if in stock)
